The Cake Baby mentoring program provides rigorous training, through real Cake Baby courses and on the job training. Hence, empowering Cake Baby  mentees  to identify the problems in their lives, community, and society as valuable opportunities to provide a much needed service, to their community, society and ultimately humanity! 

The Cake Baby Mentoring Program provides personal mentoring opportunities for individuals committed to  personal training in character, conviction, passion, excellence, and leadership. 

The distance learning opportunity allows leaders to connect with Mia The Baker  personally and receive monthly Cake Baby recipes, lessons and resources as a part of a formal mentorship experience.
